Shipping & delivery

How long does my order take?
We process in 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 20 business days depending on your country and product availability. You'll receive a tracking number by email when it ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping starts at $4.99 USD depending on your area. FREE shipping on orders over $50 USD (in most countries).
Do I pay customs duties or taxes?
Our prices don't include import duties. Depending on your country, local customs may charge a tax when you receive the package (DDU model). See the Shipping Policy for more detail.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, all of Latin America and much of the world. At checkout you'll see the options available for your address.

My order

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order we email you the tracking number and a link to track it. If you can't find it, write to us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, write to us as soon as possible at help@novustores.com and we'll adjust it. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled.
I didn't receive my order confirmation
Check your spam/promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with the email you used and we'll verify it.

Returns & refunds

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, if the product is unused and in its original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the full procedure.
Did my product arrive damaged or defective?
We're sorry. Write to us within 48 hours at help@novustores.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
When do I get my refund?
Once the return is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method in 5-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to pay at NOVU?

What currency do I pay in?
You'll see prices in your local currency for reference; the final charge may be made in USD depending on the payment method.

Do products have a warranty?
Yes. All NOVU products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails, write to us and we'll fix it.
