How long does my order take?
Between 7 and 14 business days to the US, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Spain. Other countries 10 to 21 days. We email you the tracking number when it leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order. Free shipping always applies, with no minimum purchase.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Yes, if you write to us within the first 12 hours at help@novustores.com. After that, the order is already being prepared.

Yes, all products have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Some electronics have up to 12 months.
