2. Products and pricing
We strive to display accurate information. NOVU reserves the right to correct obvious errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, except for obvious catalog errors.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. NOVU reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, actual lack of stock, an unserviceable address or catalog errors.
4. User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at help@novustores.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Intellectual property
All content (NOVU brand, logos, text, design) is the property of NOVU. Commercial reproduction without prior written authorization is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
NOVU is not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

You agree not to use the site for illegal activities, fraudulent purchases, systematic false returns or attacks on the system.
